There Are MANY Different Uses of Honey

How many different uses of honey are there? A LOT! If you’ve seen the movie Forrest Gump, you probably remember the scene where the character Bubba drones on and on about all the different uses of shrimp: “There’s pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew…”

I’m Not Bubba, But…

Excuse me while I drone on for a bit about the different uses for honey: There’s honey butter, honey sticks, honey glaze, honey candy, honey wine (mead), and flavored honey.

There’s honey lip balm, honey lotion, honey moisturizing cream, and honey soap. You can cook with honey and use honey as a medicine. There’s honey and vinegar, honey and cinnamon, and the classic combo of honey and lemon. There’s even a honey diet!

So as you can see, there are many ways and varieties (example Manuka) of using honey. And we’ve really just scratched the surface here, but it’ll take me a while to get descriptions written for all of these honey uses!
